ADULT CLASSES: 

Pilates Mat with MDP straps: all levels


Pilates is a system of movement and exercise that utilize every muscle, allowing uniform development of all muscles for a healthy and strong body, mind, and spirit. This traditional all levels Pilates Mat workout, will spend special attention to starting your day off right with breathe, stretch, align and tone- then get deep into your core and let you work up a sweat! Use of the suspension straps are inspired by Kathy Grant Stanford and Cara Reeser. 


MOVE series


MOVE with Maya! Adult Movement class to music you'll love! Take the 7 week series and get discounted rate. No dance experience necessary, this is EASY! Warm up your body to music that grooves, and get a little workout in too!

Single class: $20


Tell your friends! Barefoot AND BRING socks and workout clothes.


Progressing Ballet Technique and Pilates

No ballet  or Pilates experience necessary though helpful.

This class will teach the progression of PBT work and Pilates principals and Basic 10 Mat. We will use props as support for proper posture, alignment, strength and stretch, which enhances the conditioning experience and brings body awareness, empowerment and fun. This class is offered as a drop in and as a series.

Placement classes offered August 12th and 19th week for a fee.

All rates apply for the 2019-20 school year.

Drop in trial class is $25 for one hour and $35 for 1.5 hour class, if space is available in the fall only. 


May placement classes, workshops, pop ups, and summer programs will be separate fee. 


Registration, Production and Performance Group Fee  (if applicable) are non- refundable
after 7 days following first payment.

Boogie Bugs N’ Fairy Tails 1

Age 2.5-3

45 minute sessions

Fridays 11:30-12:15 pm

No dance experience necessary. 

This is a creative movement class, that teaches ballet technique with a more creative and playful approach, using story and expression to find self awareness, confidence and the skills it takes to BE a Boogie Bug. Class will include a variety of dance and music styles, with a showcase performance throughout the year. Each lesson will focus on Ballet, Musical Theatre, Jazz and Hip Hop- boys and girls welcome!

Boogie Bugs N’ Fairy Tails 2

Age 4-5, 3 year olds who have been with Maya in past year45 minute sessions

Thursdays 3:30-4:15 pm

Fridays 12:30-1:15 pm

No dance experience necessary. Potty trained. 

This is a  creative movement class, that teaches ballet technique with a more creative and playful approach, using story and expression to find self awareness, confidence and the skills it takes to BE a Boogie Bug. Class will include a variety of dance and music styles, with a showcase performance throughout the year. Each lesson will focus on Ballet, Musical Theatre, Jazz and Hip Hop- boys and girls welcome!


The Ballet Bodhi Minis

Age 4-7

1 hour a week

Wednesdays, 4:15pm-5:15pm

No dance experience necessary. 

An enlightening approach towards traditional ballet.  This group will focus on ballet basics for creating and developing a student’s own rhythm, movement, and confidence in the free dance formula of our class. This class is the transition from Boogie Bugs N' Fairy Tails. They will learn age appropriate material, with special attention towards the needs of Kindergartners. They will perform in the spring showcase at the end of the year and have two observation classes for parents. 


The Ballet Bodhi 1 

Age 6-8

1 hour a week
Thursdays 4:15-5:15 pm

No ballet experience necessary, but dance experience helpful.

This class is an enlightening approach to tradition ballet. This group will focus on ballet basics for creating and developing a student’s own rhythm, movement, and confidence in the free dance formula of our class. They will be introduced to the suspended ballet barre as well as traditional ballet barre. They will perform in the spring showcase at the end of the year and have two observation classes for parents. Students who have had 2 years dance experience may audition for the performing company.


The Ballet Bodhi 2

Age 8-10

2.5-4.25 hours a week

Tuesdays 6:30-8 pm  Ballet Technique, Jazz add on

Thursdays 6-7 pm  Progressing Ballet Technique/Pilates

Additional options:

Thursdays 5:15-6pm  Performing Group, audition in August

Thursdays 7-8pm  MOVE AsMi for 4th grade or older

1-2 years dance experience or private lessons with Maya.

An enlightening approach to tradition ballet with more focus on mental, physical and performing strengths. This 2x/week group will focus on accelerating their technique and performance with more time for stretch, barre work, center work, and Performing company styles. Performing company includes dance styles as: ballet, contemporary, modern, jazz, musical theatre, voice overs, and hip hop.


The Ballet Bodhi 3

Age 9-13
3.5-4.25 hours a week. 

Tuesdays 6:30-8 pm  Ballet Technique, Jazz add on

Thursdays 6-7 pm  Progressing Ballet Technique/Pilates

Thursdays 7-8pm  MOVE AsMi for 4th grade or older

Additional options:

Thursdays 5:15-6pm  Performing Group, audition in August

3+ years experience with dance or private lessons with Maya. 

An enlightening approach to tradition ballet with more focus on artistry, mental, physical and performing strengths. This 2x/week group will focus on accelerating their technique and performance with more time for stretch, barre work, center work, and Performing company styles. Students will become proficient in proper alignment, posture, Performing company includes dance styles as: ballet, contemporary, modern, jazz, musical theatre, voice overs, and hip hop. Must learn quickly, be confident in progressing and performing and have interest in committing through school year.


MOVE AsMi

Mature 4th graders and 5th-8th grade.
 2 hours a week, must take PBT/Pilates class before. 

Thursdays 6-7 pm PBT/Pilates

Thursdays 7-8 pm 

Some dance experience helpful due to all levels class.  

Asmi means I am self confident, feminine and strong. Stretch, condition, and dance to Lyrical, Musical Theatre, Jazz and Hip Hop music. Your child will practice how to express herself through body awareness and purposeful movement, gain confidence in rhythm, freestyle, grace, strength and choreography, as well as learn classroom etiquette and gain new respect for self and others.   Will work on a dance each class to favorite tunes. Geared towards preteens.


Progressing Ballet Technique and Pilates

Age 8-13

1 hour a week. No performance in April. 

Thursdays 6-7 pm 

No PBT or Pilates experience necessary though dance training recommended.

This class will teach the progression of PBT work and Pilates principals and Basic 10 Mat. Policies and Waivers

CANCELLATION POLICY for single classes or packagesI understand that if I must cancel a scheduled appointment, I must notify IN ALLiance Movement, LLC or Maya Pingle, at least 24- hours in advance or I will be held responsible for payment in full, when applicable. There are no refunds, but you may exchange for another class  with more than 24 hours of the service. You may also notify Maya Pingle and transfer your credit towards another person within the month of the paid service, with more than 24 hours notice. 


CANCELLATION POLICY for Children's programming: I understand that I am committing through April 2020 and for the yearly spring concert and can cancel with 30 days emailed advanced notice, but will not be refunded my registration/supply fee or my production fee that is due at the time of registration.

Move. Dance. Pilates. for Children and Adults

Boogie Bugs N' Fairy Tails- 2-5 years old

This dance program is a performance style dance class for children 2-5 years old! It is a 45 minute creative movement class, that teaches ballet technique with a more creative and playful approach, using story and expression to find self awareness, confidence and the skills it takes to BE a Boogie Bug. Class will include a variety of dance and music styles with a showcase performance at the end of specific seasons. 

Each lesson will focus on Ballet basics and expose children to Ballet, Musical Theatre, Jazz and Hip Hop styles. Boogie Bugs N’ Fairy Tails is fun for boys and girls.

The Ballet Bodhi- school age

This ballet class is an enlightening approach to classical ballet with a contemporary and lyrical focus, and special attention to body awareness and the importance of good dance benefits, and that no one size fits all. Encouraging confidence, creative freedom, individuality, courage and beauty from within, your child will have fun while getting experienced instruction. Each child will learn: a set ballet floor barre/Pilates conditioning, age and level appropriate ballet barre technique, ballet centre, contemporary style dances, classical ballet dances, to create their own rhythm with improvisation, to choreograph, and get personalized coaching while having FUN!

THIS CLASS IS CURRENTLY FULL. NEW CLASS WILL BE ADDED WITH INTEREST.

Morning Moves Me- school age

10 am-11 am Sundays.

This is a movement class that jump starts the brain, body and spirit. It is a dance class format with improvisation and choreography creations by the students. 

The class is related to the day’s tasks and gets the kids ready for a day of learning by getting their blood pumping and brains thinking. This class includes jazz technique, upbeat hip -hop style and freestyle dance, as well as learned dances to perform that day.

80's fitness workout

You're going to live forever. You're going to learn how to FLY... 
80's Ladies! Lets break out the leg warmers and big hair! It's time to bust some classic 80's dance moves and get your workout ON!
Join dance instructor and choreographer Maya Pingle Trinen for fun combos, strength training, core, stretch, and LAUGHS, in an easy to learn (but let's face it, you already know the moves!) 80's fitness class! You will sweat (waterproof colorful eye shadows/ liquid liner please!) and rewarded with a prom toast at the end of your accomplishment.
So Let's Go Crazy! And remember- We Can Dance If We Want To because Nobody Puts Baby In The Corner! Let's Get Physical and raise money for our kids school!

Pilates Programs

Pilates for Kids!

Pilates for Kids! will teach the ABC’s of Pilates fundamentals in this playful approach to the traditionally structured Joseph Pilates Mat work.  


Students will progress and apply the Pilates principles of:  Breath, Centering, Coordination, Control, Precision, Flow, Rhythm, and Balance. 


Kids will learn useful ways to utilize this method of uniform development in their sports, playtime and school!


Using imagery, creativity, music and transitional creations, Pilates exercises have never been more fun and powerful for young bodies to learn and change patterns in their body and mind in a positive and supportive way.


Each class will consist of centering work, alignment, stretching and core strengthening with support of resistance props. 


Students will partner each other for balance and strength, and create movement to flow their exercises from one to the other. 


Showcase of their hard work will be presented at the end of the 10 week session.


Wear comfortable clothes without metal, buttons, zippers that may hinder movement. Bare feet or socks will be best and please bring a mat.
