Pilates is a system of movement and exercise that utilize every muscle, allowing uniform development of all muscles for a healthy and strong body, mind, and spirit. This traditional all levels Pilates Mat workout, will spend special attention to starting your day off right with breathe, stretch, align and tone- then get deep into your core and let you work up a sweat! Use of the suspension straps are inspired by Kathy Grant Stanford and Cara Reeser.

The Ballet Bodhi Minis: age 4-6
Thursdays 4-5 pm.
An enlightening approach towards traditional ballet. This group will focus on ballet basics for creating and developing a student’s own rhythm, movement, and confidence in the free dance formula of our class. This class is the transition from Boogie Bugs N' Fairy Tails. They will learn age appropriate material, with special attention towards the needs of Kindergartners. They will perform in the spring showcase at the end of the year and have two observation classes for parents.
The Ballet Bodhi 1: age ranges 6-10
Tuesdays 4:30 pm.
An enlightening approach to tradition ballet. This group will focus on ballet basics for creating and developing a student’s own rhythm, movement, and confidence in the free dance formula of our class. They will be introduced to the suspended ballet barre as well as traditional ballet barres. They will perform in the spring showcase at the end of the year and have two observation classes for parents.
The Ballet Bodhi 2: Invite only
Tuesdays 5:30-7pm (contemporary class/rehearsal)
Thursdays 5-6pm (Ballet Technique).
An enlightening approach to tradition ballet. This 2x/week group will focus on accelerating their technique and performance with more time for stretch, barre work, center work, and contemporary class. Contemporary includes: ballet, modern, jazz, musical theatre, hip hop pieces to perform for assisted living homes, and other community opportunities TBA- 3-4 a year during class time is goal). Invite only.
MOVE AsMi - 3rd through 7th grade
1 hour @ $50.00
No dance experience necessary. The Indian name "Asmi" means I am self confident, feminine, nature, strong.
Stretch, condition, and dance to Lyrical, Musical Theatre, Jazz and Hip Hop music. Your child will practice how to express herself through body awareness and purposeful movement, gain confidence in rhythm, freestyle, grace, strength and choreography, as well as learn classroom etiquette and gain new respect for self and others. Will work on a dance each class to favorite tunes. Geared towards preteens.

SUMMER CAMPS 2019!
Camp week 1: June 3rd week
Greatest Showkids Circque Camp for ages 8-13
10am-12:30 pm Monday-Friday June 3-7th.
Think "The Greatest Showman", and Cirque du Soleil. This camp is a musical theatre camp with dance, voice, and mime! Your child will learn set dances, create his or her own dances, and learn skills such as: juggling, mime, stunts. Sets, costume, mime make up and hair will all be designed in our cool down time! Your child will bring snacks and water and clothes to dance in. Come for our final showcase on June 7th at noon!
Dance with a Mini for ages 9-13
1-3:30 pm Monday-Thursday June 3-6th
Interested in being an assistant in dance class? Or practice skills that you would need while babysitting? This camp is about learning from little ones and older girls. We will dance for each other, dance with each other and play dance games that bring us all together. This camp can be combined with the morning circus camp. Please purchase combo discount camp if planning on both camps that week. Bring your lunch if doing both.
Full day camp for ages 9-13
10-3:30 pm Monday-Thursday, half day Friday June 3-7th
Cirque Arts in the am and Dance with a Mini in the afternoon! Create your character, costume, hairstyle and moves in a cirque like style. Interested in being an assistant in dance class? Or practice skills that you would need while babysitting? The afternoon camp is about learning from little ones and older girls. We will dance for each other, dance with each other and play dance games that bring us all together. This camp is discounted by registering for both camps. Bring your lunch if enrolled in both.
Dance with the Older girls for ages 4-7

Does your daughter want to be around older girls? Watch them dance, and dance with them? This camp is about learning from little ones and older girls. We will dance for each other, dance with each other and play dance games that bring us all together. Focus with be about how dance can support kindness, respect and setting great examples for each other.
Camp week 2: June 17th week
The Ballet Bodhi Intensives for 1st and higher
4:30-6:30 Monday- Thursday on June 17, 18, 19, 20.
Come join The Ballet Bodhi movement. This intensive will give students the suspended ballet barre work, give elements of choreography to create his or her own dances, and teach new and exciting styles of dance such as contact improvisation, musical theatre, lyrical, jazz and of course, strong ballet basics and dance etiquette. If you are new & have interest in joining this school year program, you must be enrolled in an intensive or summer camp in 2019
Camp week 3: June 24th week
The Ballet Bodhi Intensive, over 2 years dance training and experience needed.
4:30-6:30 pm Monday-Thursday June 24,25,26,27.
This intensive is for students with more than 2 years of dance experience. PBT work, suspended ballet barre, elements of choreography to create his or her own dances, and new and exciting styles of dance such as contact improvisation, musical theatre, lyrical, jazz and of course, strong ballet basics and dance etiquette. If you have interest in joining this school year program and have dance experience, you must be enrolled in summer 2019.
Camp week 4: July 8th week
Fractured Fairy Tails Dance Camp for ages 4-6
1-3:30 pm Monday-Friday July 8th-12th
Bring in your favorite storybook or tale on the first day of class and let's put together a show! Your child will help piece together everyone's fractured fairytale and create and learn set dances, and learn skills such as: ballet, mime, and new dance styles. Sets, costume, and hair will all be designed in our cool down time! Your child will bring snacks and water and ballet clothes to dance in. Come for our final showcase on July 12th at 3pm!

Bringing back a backyard camp that Diane Pingle created (and Maya was in!) ...in the 80's! Theatre Dance week with creations by Diane and Maya AND your child! Camp week includes fun games, voice overs, improvisation, upbeat dance numbers with performance on Sunday, July 21st at the eclectic Bug Theater! Join Maya and her Mother, stage and television performer, acting coach, and English teacher for vast many years. You won't want to miss this!

CANCELLATION POLICY: I understand that if I must cancel a scheduled appointment, I must notify IN ALLiance Movement, LLC at least 24- hours in advance or I will be held responsible for payment in full, when applicable. There are no refunds, but you may exchange for another class with more than 24 hours of the service. You may also notify Maya Pingle and transfer your credit towards another person within the month of the paid service, with more than 24 hours notice.
This dance program is a performance style dance class for children 2-5 years old! It is a 45 minute creative movement class, that teaches ballet technique with a more creative and playful approach, using story and expression to find self awareness, confidence and the skills it takes to BE a Boogie Bug. Class will include a variety of dance and music styles with a showcase performance at the end of specific seasons.
Each lesson will focus on Ballet basics and expose children to Ballet, Musical Theatre, Jazz and Hip Hop styles. Boogie Bugs N’ Fairy Tails is fun for boys and girls.

This ballet class is an enlightening approach to classical ballet with a contemporary and lyrical focus, and special attention to body awareness and the importance of good dance benefits, and that no one size fits all. Encouraging confidence, creative freedom, individuality, courage and beauty from within, your child will have fun while getting experienced instruction. Each child will learn: a set ballet floor barre/Pilates conditioning, age and level appropriate ballet barre technique, ballet centre, contemporary style dances, classical ballet dances, to create their own rhythm with improvisation, to choreograph, and get personalized coaching while having FUN!

This is a movement class that jump starts the brain, body and spirit. It is a dance class format with improvisation and choreography creations by the students.
The class is related to the day’s tasks and gets the kids ready for a day of learning by getting their blood pumping and brains thinking. This class includes jazz technique, upbeat hip -hop style and freestyle dance, as well as learned dances to perform that day.

80's Ladies! Lets break out the leg warmers and big hair! It's time to bust some classic 80's dance moves and get your workout ON!
Join dance instructor and choreographer Maya Pingle Trinen for fun combos, strength training, core, stretch, and LAUGHS, in an easy to learn (but let's face it, you already know the moves!) 80's fitness class! You will sweat (waterproof colorful eye shadows/ liquid liner please!) and rewarded with a prom toast at the end of your accomplishment.
So Let's Go Crazy! And remember- We Can Dance If We Want To because Nobody Puts Baby In The Corner! Let's Get Physical and raise money for our kids school!

Pilates for Kids! will teach the ABC’s of Pilates fundamentals in this playful approach to the traditionally structured Joseph Pilates Mat work.
Students will progress and apply the Pilates principles of: Breath, Centering, Coordination, Control, Precision, Flow, Rhythm, and Balance.
Kids will learn useful ways to utilize this method of uniform development in their sports, playtime and school!
Using imagery, creativity, music and transitional creations, Pilates exercises have never been more fun and powerful for young bodies to learn and change patterns in their body and mind in a positive and supportive way.
Each class will consist of centering work, alignment, stretching and core strengthening with support of resistance props.
Students will partner each other for balance and strength, and create movement to flow their exercises from one to the other.
Showcase of their hard work will be presented at the end of the 10 week session.
Wear comfortable clothes without metal, buttons, zippers that may hinder movement. Bare feet or socks will be best and please bring a mat.
